Full payment for the photoshoot is due at the time of booking.
You may request a refund up until 48 hours before the shoot date.
Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 48 hours notice and is subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice before the shoot date will result in the Client being restricted from rescheduling for two (2) weeks from the date of cancellation.

Work Product and Delivery Timeline
Proofs: Gigi Pinkney will deliver proofs to the Client no later than three (3) days after the photoshoot via Google Drive link.
Client Review of Proofs: The Client understands and agrees that these proofs are exclusively owned by Gigi Pinkney, and are provided only for review, not for storage or any use beyond selection.
Photo Selection: The Client may select up to 5 photos from the proofs for final editing and retouching.
Final Deliverables: Upon receiving the Client’s selections, Gigi Pinkney will deliver the edited final photos within sixteen (16) days via Google Drive link. Additional edits or requests after delivery may incur extra fees.
Model/Client Conduct
To ensure a positive and safe environment, clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session, without a refund.

Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, as other bookings may follow yours.
Creative Direction
I encourage you to share any ideas, themes, or mood boards ahead of the session. Final creative decisions will be discussed in advance; however, the photographer reserves the right to make artistic decisions during the shoot.

Copyright and Usage License
All photographic and/or video materials created by Gigi Pinkney during the course of this photoshoot are the exclusive intellectual property of Gigi Pinkney. Clients wishing for exclusive usage rights should discuss this prior to booking. Gigi Pinkney may grant usage rights to the Client for a set amount of time, to be agreed upon in a separate agreement. Absent such an agreement, the Client may not use, distribute, alter, or otherwise share these materials.
Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gigi Pinkney from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to the photoshoot. This includes claims by any third parties resulting from the Client’s instructions, the photoshoot setting, or any hazards associated with the Client’s chosen venue.
Limitation of Liability
If Gigi Pinkney is unable to perform the services due to an event beyond control, including illness, equipment malfunction, or inclement weather, the Client will have the option to reschedule the shoot or receive a full refund. In any event, the liability of Gigi Pinkney is limited to the amount paid.
Photo Release
The Client grants Gigi Pinkney the right to use the photographs and videos from this shoot for portfolio purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and print marketing materials, unless the Client requests a specific restriction in writing.
